Course Description
This is a highly interactive, participant focused workshop. Learn by doing. Quite a difference to traditional training. We provide the participants with a wide-ranging ‘box of tools’ that can used to effectively manage all crisis situations and come out as ‘WINNERS’. There are Four modules exploring the concepts and principles of Incident & Crisis Management.
This course is aligned with the Business Continuity Institute Good Practice Guidelines and the current globally accepted standard on Crisis Management – BS 11200:2014
All sessions are designed to learn the important and essential concepts through exercises and simulations. It is an enjoyable day full of stimulating activity!

Nalin has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the development and implementation of BCM/IT DR and Crisis Management solutions across various industry verticals. He is a multi-award winner, popular coach, instructor, trainer and currently holds highest BCI membership grade in New Zealand.
Simon Jordan, BSc, CBCI (Merit), MBCI
Simon has more than 18 years of experience in both NZ and the UK working at the highest levels in large vendors such as Spark Digital, IBM and specialist BC provider Plan B. He has a strong business/technical mix covering IT, telecoms and business and has assisted many of New Zealand’s top companies in all aspects of their IT, IT DR and BCM programmes.
