The two day course is unique and provides an intense exposure to the Business
Continuity Management Lifecycle addressing principles of BCM Policy development,
conducting a Business Impact Analysis, Risk Analysis, Strategy Development,
Implementation, Validation of BCM strategies and plans, Building a BCM culture within
the organisation and Programme Management
The course will expose you on how to integrate the IT DR plan with the business
objectives, how IT service continuity is assured, determination of High Availability & DR
strategies for business critical activities, Assessing IT DR options and the multi-layer
approach, determining IT and network vulnerabilities, cloud options and framing
backup and DR cloud strategies.

22301, ISO 27001, ISO 22313 and ISO/DTS 22317 and PMBOK, in the development of
